Le rapport annuel sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 2020, qui vient d&#8217;\u00eatre publi\u00e9, l&#8217;exprime au moins en termes de chiffres. Le nombre de rapports d&#8217;incidents de l&#8217;aviation non commerciale (aviation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale) a diminu\u00e9 de 23 % en 2020, avec presque le m\u00eame nombre de mouvements d&#8217;a\u00e9ronefs que l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, tout va bien. Cependant, lors de ses contr\u00f4les, l&#8217;OFAC constate \u00e0 plusieurs reprises que certaines d\u00e9clarations n&#8217;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 faites malgr\u00e9 l&#8217;obligation de d\u00e9claration.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, les rapports sur les incidents li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont un &#8220;must&#8221;. Ils fournissent non seulement des indices pr\u00e9cieux pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, mais font \u00e9galement partie d&#8217;une bonne culture de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (Just Culture). Au cours des prochaines semaines, nous reviendrons sur les th\u00e8mes du &#8220;rapport d&#8217;incident&#8221; et de la &#8220;culture juste&#8221; et fournirons des conseils utiles.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les accidents, les statistiques sont plut\u00f4t conformes \u00e0 celles de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, avec 26 accidents (2019 : 26) et 30 incidents graves (2019 : 33).
