Das PCA wurde bei geschlossenen T\u00fcren und bei geschlossenem \u00abOutflow Valve\u00bb in Betrieb genommen. Dadurch bestand am n\u00e4chsten Morgen ein \u00dcberdruck in der Kabine. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass sich die T\u00fcre des A320 bei der Bedienung durch die Besatzung explosionsartig \u00f6ffnete.
